I. A contractual relationship between GM Griechische Top Markt GmbH and a customer requires that the customer is of legal age. For this reason, when submitting their order, customers confirm that they are over 18 years old. Customers also confirm that their information regarding their age, name and address is correct. The customer is also obliged to ensure that only they or adults authorized by them to accept the delivery accept the delivery of goods. We reserve the right to have our commissioned transporters (parcel service/forwarding company) check the actual age when the goods are delivered.

II. If persons who are not of legal age place orders by providing false information and/or without the approval of their legal guardians and/or representatives who are of legal age, these contracts are hereby revoked as a precautionary measure in accordance with Section 111 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

III. If a positive order is received which was placed using false information, in particular age information, we reserve the right to initiate criminal proceedings in addition to the above-mentioned revocation in accordance with Section 111 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

IV. Adults who have custody and/or representation rights for minors or young people who place orders using false information are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for any damage caused to us as a result of orders placed using false information. This also includes the exemption from claims that arise for GM Griechische Top Markt GmbH from the customer's obligation under paragraph I (see above) of this instruction.
